All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If ever there is a significant delay in process or shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least seven days from the receept of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will notify by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact me to arrange a refund or exchange.
