A step into foraging and herbalism, this workshop is for you to learn about seasonal botanicals and fungi and how to use them, to support your health and your people's health.

This month, we are celebrating mushrooms and we are celebrating resilience with a special collaboration between the Bristol Fungarium & Ma Roemca.

This workshop will be exclusively about mushrooms and their support to our health and community.

For the first hour of the course, I will introduce seasonal plants and mushrooms that can be foraged in and around Bristol. I will cover how to identify, harvest, dry, and preserve them, as well as discuss their medicinal properties, nutritional value, and their etymology.
