Join me for a 3 hour hands-on responsible foraging course set in the beautiful countryside of Pensford, near Bristol, with the iconic Pensford Viaduct as our backdrop.
This immersive experience introduces you to the art of ethical and sustainable foraging while exploring a rich mosaic of hedgerows, meadows, and riverside habitats. You’ll learn how to confidently identify a variety of seasonal wild plants, understand their traditional and modern uses.
